Matthew Garrard joined the Milling Commercial Realty, Inc. team in September 2018 as an Associate. He is a 2005 graduate of The University of Alabama where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. He has also earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Florida State University in 2015 specializing in real estate finance. Matthew is a Certified Property Manager with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). IREM is a highly respected international community of real estate managers dedicated to promoting ethical business practices while maximizing the value of investment real estate.

Matthew’s related work experience began in 2006 and he has continued to build a solid foundation of commercial real estate experience serving in many roles within the industry over the past 12 years. Throughout his career, Matthew has worked on projects across many different asset classes including industrial, office, retail, single family and multi-family. His business philosophy compels him to work closely with his clients so that they can reach their goals. Other professional groups that he is a member of include NAR (National Association of Realtors), MAAR (Mobile Area Association of Realtors), and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers). Matthew, a Mobile resident, is married to Charlotte Garrard and they have three children Matthew, William, and Alice. They are also members of St. Ignatius Catholic Church..
